Data range incorrect if GRIB2 file has only missing values.

Post by Rick »

Hi,

When plotting a GRIB2 file with completely missing values, the data range is not
a valid number. The field that I'm plotting is
Categorical_Thunderstorm_1-yes_0-no@entire_atmosphere. Attached is a screen
capture and aforementioned GRIB2 file.

Thanks,
Lee Cronce

grib2 files in McIDAS-V are read using the netCDF package. We are working with the netCDF group to get this working.

You can track the results in the McIDAS-V inquiry: http://mcidas.ssec.wisc.edu/inquiry-v/in ... nquiry=728
