There was a problem in the Java-NetCDF library. We use that to read HDF4/5 files.
It's fixed now. I tested on one of the destriped files. Here's the patch until it's in the
next release:
pub/incoming/ncIdv.jar
(1) In the McIDAS-V folder, mv ncIdv.jar to ncIdv.jar.save
(2) put the new one, above, in this folder.
