CloudSat display label problem

Post by kbedka1 »

When I display a CloudSat along track image, very large text appears across the image that none of the view options can get rid of. See attached image. This looks very wierd and, without a means for removing this, makes this display unfit for presentation. Are the plans in the works for mitigating this problem. I am a heavy user of combined MODIS, CloudSat, and CALIPSO Level 2 profiles in my work and would like to have the ability to integrate displays together in Mc-V.

Hi Kris,

The size of the text is based on the default zoom level, so we'll have
to fix this. As a workaround, open/display the dataset before you
do any zoom, then the labels should resize.

...also, the plan is to make available all of the level2 products for
calipso/cloudsat/modis.
