McIDAS dont load satellite images

I am trying to load satellte images from data explorer but when i press "add source" button nothing happens.

Hello-

If starting with a new McIDAS-V folder (from your other forum post) doesn't fix this problem, can you please do the following:

In the session where Add Source is not working, in the Main Display go to Help -> Show Support Request Form. Fill out the Request McIDAS-V Support window, and click 'Send Request'. This will send the McIDAS Help Desk a Properties file that hopefully will give us some helpful information about your system to help troubleshoot.

Thanks, i resolved the problem when format my pc :S yes i know this a xtreme solution but works, i think the problem was my pc.
