GRIB variable name changes in netCDF-java 4.3

There is a proposed change to the netCDF package that could dramatically affect the naming of GRIB file parameters in McIDAS-V, IDV, and other user applications.
Unidata has created a netcdf-java Google Group to discuss these changes and is looking for user feedback.
