Hi,

It would be nice to be able to use time ranges when loading absolute times into the GUI for the data explorer. Ideally, it would be nice to be able to select a time range (time1, time2). If I am looking at a meso scan for GOES16FL late in the day, and want to see an image which occurred earlier in the day, waiting for the last 100 image numbers to load and then selecting "list all images" is incredibly slow.

Thanks for requesting this enhancement. It is written up as Inquiry 1798 and has a priority level of High. I can definitely see how this feature would be desirable when working with ABI data. I made a note in the inquiry to contact you if/when any progress is made on this inquiry.
