4 by 4 support "out of the box"

Hi,

I would like to request that users can make a 4 by 4 panel "out of the box" (eg, no special jar file, re-starting, etc).

As you know, the next generation of geo imagers all have 16 spectral bands. AHI has 16 bands, ABI, AMI and FCI will.

Thanks for the suggestion, Tim. I agree that there are users who would find this 16 panel display nice for the new geostationary satellites. I wrote up adding the 16-panel configuration by default (no need for a plugin) as Inquiry 2252.

Great. If you are worried about performance, you could have a warning if folks try to load too long of a loop.
