Color bar transparency

Hi,

I have been doing quite a bit of work layer transparency. It would be nice to see the layer transparency value in the color table editor. Many of my color tables have mixed transparency values depending on the data value.

Thanks for the feature request. I agree that this would be a good thing to have. I took a look through the inquiry system and I didn't see anything specifically related to adding this functionality, so I wrote up McIDAS-V Inquiry #1625.
