Hi,

Is there any documentation that I can read which describes how to load a geoTIFF into McIDAS-V?

Hi Joleen -

Thanks for noting this. I'll add documentation to the User's Guide that is more specific about how to load GeoTIFF files into McIDAS-V. For now, the way you load GeoTIFF files in McIDAS-V is through the General > Files/Directories chooser. At the top of the chooser, using the Data Type dropdown, select "Tiff files". Choose your file and click Add Source. From here, you will be in the Field Selector where you can select your field, display type, and create the display.
