When I draw a transect on an image, I see that I can adjust the "line width" and the "selector color". I see that these lines are not one and the same though...the two lines are separated by a good distance, see attached. This doesn't look very good when making a publication quality plot, is there a way to eliminate the "selector line" as it really does not have much use to me.
Also, I notice that the "y-axis" label of the transect cannot be changed. For me it remains a nebulous "Emissive Bands" (see second attachment), which again is not very good or informative for a publication quality graphic.
Lastly I cannot figure out how to change the font and font size on the axis labels or tick labels. Having clearly readable fonts is also very important for my publication purposes.

Re: transect behavior
Hi Kris,
How did you get the second line? Is there a chance you have your image rotated slightly?
Right now I can't find a way to change the axis label or label font. I will write an inquiry to have these features developed. There is already an inquiry requesting control over the 'tick' marks on a data transect.

Re: transect behavior
I don't think I had it rotated, I can show this to whomever is interested in person.
Re: transect behavior
I am also finding the selector color to be distracting in final images for cross sections. There are some views where the selector line may provide useful information, however, for the image attached, I would like the selector line turned off. I tried making the selector color black. That is okay, but leaves a strange line through the map and the data.

Re: transect behavior
Hi Joleen,
I added an inquiry:

Maybe we can add an option to turn the transect off or create a transparency option for the color.

Re: transect behavior
Rick,
I think the on/off option might be easier than transparent for the user.
