All, what is the status of fixing looking at VIIRS data over the International date Line? I've given Tommy a couple of examples, but have yet to see a fix, even in the latest nightly build.
And this is despite the ticket saying it is "resolved".

Local Datasets won't start
I am trying to load some AVHRR L1B data using a local dataset and I keep getting the following error: "Could not connect to dataset "LD" on server "localhost:8115". Dataset may require ADDE accounting information." I can view the data in McIDAS-X just fine, so I know it...

Can't Save Stereographic with name in 1.3beta1
In Version: 1.3beta1 Build-date: 2013-02-08 10:36, I can't save a polar stereographic projection with a give name. It defaults to "Stereographic" no matter what I put in (say "Russia PS" or "North Pole Russia"). Has this been corrected in a later nightly build?

Polar Stereographic Geotiff doesn't display
I can read in a polar stereographic geotiff into the Omni Viewer, but I can't display it in the Display window. Given the various polar applications, it would be nice to be able to read in these types of geoTiffs.

Ability to view VIIRS data that stradles dateline
I know I mentioned this to Tommy, but when you have VIIRS data (or MODIS data) that stradles the International Dateline (-180/180), you can only select the side that has the most points. Unfortunately, if you want to look at a feature on the other side of the dateline, you cannot select any data on ...

GEOARC04 archive point data not working in Mc-V
I am unable to access the data on the geoarc04.ssec.wisc.edu under the APOINT server using the "Point Observations". This is the archive point data (surface obs, etc). What I get is "No files found matching search conditions", yet when I do a PTLIST APOINT/SHIPS.0 DAY=yyyyddd I a...

Re: No CSPP DNB files listed with v1.2
Ok, the issue is two fold, it looks like 1). N_GEO_Ref attribute is not in the DNB file. 2). While the N_GEO_Ref is in the I and M Bands, it points to the non-terrain corrected geolocation files, and those don't exist on the FTP server. Now, is there a way for the I-Bands to point to the terrain cor...

Re: No CSPP DNB files listed with v1.2
From what I can tell, the CSPP files are actually in the same format (i.e. the data is organized the same way) as the PEATE/CLASS files. The reason I say this is that both types of files can be read with our python reader (which we use to conglomorate the files for AWIPS) with no problem and no chan...

Re: No CSPP DNB files listed with v1.2
It appears there is something wonky with the I-bands too. See screen shot
BTW, it appears to be ONLY the data from CSPP. The stuff from the PEATE seems to be ok.
