It is our understanding that GINI images for GOES-East are no longer available now that GOES-13 has been turned off. Please see our post on REAL-TIME GOES-16 AVAILABLE VIA ADDE for information on using GOES-16 instead of GOES-13.

Hi Ghansham, I think Bob answered the question correctly. The plugins are not available in github. You need to be running McIDAS-V, and from the main image window, select Tools->Plugins->Manage... Under Miscellaneous, click the green + next to VIIRS Formulas. Close the manager and restart McIDAS-V. ...
