Hi Jay,

1. There is no problem to display separate files using General Files chooser (ex: MODIS hdf, MSG HRIT). Also I tried to display model run from THREDDS server and it works well.

2. I had some McIDAS plugins installed on Windows 7 machine (EUM_McVTutorial_may2011; EUMETSAT HRIT Chooser; ADDE via port 80). Removing "ADDE via port 80" plugin, helped to solve problem with remote servers - now I can access data from adde.ucar.edu and other servers. But local ADDE datasets still gives an error.

Hi Justinas-

Good to hear you have all the other data types working. After talking with my colleagues, we are worried that you may have a corrupted data file in your McIDAS-V directory. This directory contains a RESOLV.SRV file which stores your local ADDE dataset information.

We'd like you to run a test for us.
1) Exit your current McIDAS-V session
2) In your Documents directory, rename McIDAS-V to old-McIDAS-V (or whereever your McIDAS-V directory was placed during installation)
3) Restart McIDAS-V (this will create a new McIDAS-V folder)
4) Remake the local ADDE dataset
5) Try to display the imagery

Let us know how that goes.

Thanks, Jay
